ACCOUNT MANAGER

Sales Department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
  • Keep records of client transactions.
  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients to ensure consistent service.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
  • Meet time deadlines for accounts.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in person meetings.
  • Prepares for the necessary reports and analysis needed by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising Sales, Communications, Public relations or related field.
  • 1+ years proven sales experience as an Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, Account Executive of any industry.
  • Excellent sales skills, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to digital, social media, email, etc. to promote the company's products and services.
  • Raise brand awareness by organizing and attending marketing events and activities.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify target audiences to inform marketing efforts.
  • Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels including social media, email and company website.
  • Track and analyze the marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide reports on key metrics.
  • Work closely with other departments including sales, product, and customer service to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to promote success of activities that will enhance the company's presence.
  • Contribute to the development and management of marketing budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising/Media, Communications, or related field.
  • With at least 2 to 3 years proven marketing experience, specializing in both traditional and digital strategies.
  • With strong understanding and proficient in social media management and advertising platforms.
